The have finally won their 18th title, but it has taken a while. The NBA’s top squad, led by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, vanquished the ghosts of t Boston Celtics their 2022 Finals defeat to claim the first of many titles.
New England is just as pleased with the Celtics’ accomplishments as they are—they are once again champion town. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to claim that they had a hand in their team’s victory because they did their best to make the TD Garden as unfriendly a place for other teams.
For the first time in a long time, the city was more than happy to celebrate a sporting victory when the Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks and won the series.
The Celtics fans were incredibly devoted and showed their delight for the title parade by flaunting it.

Since championship parades honor a team’s exceptional season in front of its most ardent supporters, they are an integral feature of American professional sports.
It’s always a good idea to show out hours before the procession proper to secure your choice of the best spots available, as many locals typically turn out in large numbers for these parades.
But when two of the most ardent Celtics supporters showed up at the parade site in the wee hours of the morning, they went overboard.
The fact that these two supporters had more titles than the team’s longtime rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers, is one of the main reasons they arrived early for the parade.
In addition, the team’s core is currently performing at the top of their game physically. It wouldn’t be unrealistic for fans to anticipate a few more chips from the C’s in the future.
