Tottenham summer signing scores unexpected goal before moving to Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur’s young players have also been involved in international action this week, with four of them representing England.

Tottenham Hotspur has made a summer acquisition. Ashley Phillips scored his first international goal in England’s U19s’ 4-2 win over Switzerland on Saturday.

The 18-year-old centre-back, who joined Tottenham from Blackburn during the transfer window, has been in the spotlight in recent weeks, as Davinson Sanchez’s move to Galatasaray means the teenager could be set for some game time for Tottenham in the coming weeks and months as he rises quickly up the pecking order.

Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou has been impressed with Phillips since his arrival, but there is also apprehension about putting too much responsibility on a kid with only eight Championship matches to his name.

This week, the teenager traveled to England with three Tottenham academy players.Amario Cozier-Dubbery of Arsenal drove into the box on the right and picked out Phillips, whose first-time shot went in courtesy of a deflection. It was Phillips’ first goal at England youth level, with the young defender also making an appearance for Wales’ U16s two years ago but failing to score. Phillips will now return to Tottenham looking to impress Postecoglou and aim to make his Premier League debut in the weeks ahead.

22-year-old Tottenham player now included in his national team’s squad for the first time tonight

Micky van de Ven of Tottenham Hotspur has been included to the Dutch matchday squad for the first time and could face the Republic of Ireland tonight.

According to ESPN, van de Ven has taken over for the injured Lutsharel Geertruida.

According to the source, Feyenoord’s Geertruida was injured during a training session in Dublin on Saturday.

As a result, Tottenham’s Micky van de Ven might make his full international debut for his country tonight evening.

Although he is not anticipated to start, the 22-year-old may be given a chance off the bench.

Ronald Koeman presided over a comfortable win over Greece on Thursday and will now aim to cap off a fruitful break.

Van de Ven was left out of the matchday squad for that game, as did Chelsea’s Ian Maatsen, who is still not in the squad today.

It will be a huge honor for Tottenham’s van de Ven to be named to his first Dutch squad tonight, a decision that was no doubt influenced by his recent move.

The centre-back has already made an impression under Ange Postecoglou and deserves this honor.

For the first time, Tottenham’s van de Ven was named to a Dutch squad.
Of all, if van de Ven needs motivation for his budding international career, he only has to glance across the field to Cristian Romero.

His Tottenham teammate has kept up his outstanding form for Argentina, and he shone against Ecuador.
