R.I.P ; BUFFALO BILLS CORNERBACK FOUND DEAD

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — According to reports from numerous media outlets, former NFL player Vontae Davis was discovered dead in a south Florida mansion on Monday.

 

NBC affiliate WTVJ reported that the Davie Police Department is looking into the death of a man at a home in Southwest Ranches, which is southwest of Fort Lauderdale.

Although the identity of the victim has not been confirmed by the police, sources reportedly told WSVN and TMZ that the deceased man is Davis.

The publication obtained aerial images of the cops encircling the five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom house. Property records indicate that one of Davis’ cousins is the owner of the multimillion-dollar home, according to WPLG.

According to police, preliminary evidence points to no foul play in the incident.

Davis was a cornerback with the Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, and Miami Dolphins.

A statement from the Bills said, “We are saddened to learn of Vontae Davis’ passing.” “During this trying time, we are thinking of his friends, family, and loved ones.”
