LEEDS UNITED have released a statement after Jack Clarke collapsed in their 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough today.

In the second half of Leeds’ dramatic 1-1 tie with Middlesbrough at the Riverside, Clarke passed out.

The event resulted in the addition of 12 minutes of injury time, which also ended the game.

Jack Clarke started to feel sick during the second half of our Sky Bet Championship game with Middlesbrough, and he received medical assistance, according to a statement from Leeds on his condition.

“The player is receptive and is visiting the hospital with the team’s director of performance and medicine.

On behalf of everyone at Leeds United, we would like to thank the medical staff from both clubs for their response to the incident.”

Fans have been wishing Clarke the best.
