As the January transfer window approaches, Ivan Toney of Brentford is becoming more of a target for Arsenal, according to Mirror Sports.
As Arsenal looks to bolster their attacking power, Toney has emerged as a top target. The 27-year-old, who is currently serving a suspension for breaking FA wagering regulations, will be available to sign in the January transfer window.
Toney’s price tag of £60 million has been set by Brentford, who is open to the prospect of selling the striker.
Toney has long been coveted by Arsenal, and if it weren’t for his suspension, they might have made a move for him in the summer transfer window.
With only 18 months left on his contract, Toney is anxious to join a bigger club and has made it clear to Brentford that he has no interest in staying, despite the club’s support throughout his suspension.
