APS alongside Dimba Patriots, Mayenje Santos, Kona Rangers and Fortune Sacco were relegated to the lower tier leagues after they challenged a decision by Football Kenya Federation National Executive Committee to nullify the 2021-2022 season thus rendering their respective promotions invalid.

Contrary to reports that the Bomet based club were on the brink of folding, the club has announced a three-day long recruitment exercise as part of their preparation for the upcoming 2023-2024 season.

Confirming the latest development Aps team manager Bett Kipngetich noted that the club was ready to take part in any league as instructed by the country football governing body FKF.
