“I know Arsenal were once looking at him” – Former Gunner discusses a significant prospective signing
Kevin Campbell, a former striker for Arsenal, has made it clear that he would be happy to see Wolves winger Pedro Neto join his old team.
In an exclusive interview with Ladbrokes Fanzone, Campbell stated that he is also aware that Arsenal had previously looked at Neto, who is now having an outstanding season with Wolves.
Even if Mikel Arteta’s assault already has a lot of talent, it’s reasonable to assume that his team could use a little more depth, especially in light of the injury concerns surrounding Bukayo Saka.
The England international was removed from the game against Lens Friday night, ending a string of several consecutive appearances for his club.
According to Campbell, who is a great fan of the Wolves wide receiver and appears to believe there might be a match, “I think it’s crucial they bring someone else in behind Bukayo Saka. Since I know Arsenal formerly had interest in Pedro Neto from Wolves, I’ll be honest and say I really like the way he looks. He also appears to be in good shape.
Because you have so many games this season, you need to remain adaptable without letting your performance levels slip. You want to be able to make a lot of team changes without sacrificing the level of play on the field.
