The key player for Arsenal seems to be back to his best, if not improving, after a great start to the season. We are worried about how our reliance on him may affect his performance later in the season. Arteta needs to control how much time the 22-year-old plays. But who will make the best deputy for him?

Rowe, Reiss Nelson, and Emile Smith could all play the right wing, but they all prefer to play on the left, and we didn’t sign a right winger.

On Wednesday night, we saw Fabio Vieira replace Saka on the right wing, which was telling because Nelson and Smith Rowe were also on the field; one of them could have moved to the right wing for Vieira to play on the left, but that wasn’t the case. Arteta appears to regard Vieira, who is left-footed, as the ideal replacement for Saka on the right wing. We didn’t read anything into Vieira’s positioning out wide on the right in the Emirates
