“Hundreds of members of our course-ratings panel continuously analyze courses and grade them on ten criteria on a scale of 1 to 10. They also submit a single, overall rating for each course. According to the list, all of Golfweek’s ‘Best Course’ rankings are based on an average of these overall ratings.
The magazine, which is part of the USA Today Network and includes The News Journal/Delaware Online, also lists the finest public-access courses in all other states in the United States.
