With the race pushing both riders and machines to the limit, he noted the exceptional pace they had set. “We were pushing a lot at that point in the race,” he said. “On that lap, we clocked 0.2 seconds faster than the best lap time, really pushing hard. There were some corners, like turns 3, 8, and 9, where the front was on the edge. Today was risky, but it was the only way to secure those points.”
