Everton confirm triple injury boost for Arsenal clash as Jack Harrison update given

Everton’s team news is complete ahead of their Premier League match against Arsenal.

Sean Dyche has issued an update on the Everton team before of Sunday’s Premier League match against Arsenal.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has missed the last two games due to a facial injury sustained in last month’s 3-0 loss to Aston Villa.

The striker, who has been sidelined by injury for the past two years and was closely monitored during preseason, is back in action.

Jack Harrison is yet to make his debut after joining on loan from Leeds United due to a hip injury. The winger was spotted in team practice earlier this week, but the game is too close to call.

Dyche, speaking at his pre-match press conference, said: “Dom back on the grass again and should be clear. Jack Harrison is presently relaxing on the grass. Not Jack; he was just out on the grass with the team. Actually training with us, literally just days. Dom has managed to preserve his fitness and will be coming back into the fold.”

Jarrad Branthwaite missed England Under-20 duty due to a minor groin injury but is fit to play. Lewis Dobbin was injured and missed the 2-2 tie at Sheffield United before the international break.

Seamus Coleman (knee) has resumed grass running and hopes to return to action next month. Dele (hip) is still recovering.

“Dele bit of time away, Seamus bit of time away,” Dyche continued. Dobbo has returned. Jarrad is alright, no severe knocks, so we’re becoming stronger.”
