BREAKING NEWS: Federer Rules Out Tennis Comeback During “their” Performance…..

Roger Federer attended the 2023 Shanghai Masters to be honored for his contributions to tennis and the ATP 1000 event, and he ruled out a return to the sport.

Roger Federer announced his retirement from tennis during the Laver Cup last year, and it’s been an exciting time for him. He remained fairly active with tennis activities, traveling to various locations and receiving honors.

One of those celebrations took place in Shanghai, when he was honored for his contributions to tennis. China has always been a popular destination for his followers, who were overjoyed to see him return.

During an accompanying event, Federer answered certain questions, confirming that retirement wasn’t too difficult for him. He’s overjoyed and has no desire to play tennis again, even if it were feasible.

I’m quite happy to be retired. No way, no how, I’m not coming back. I had a great time on the Tour. I feel like I took the lemon and squeezed it till the last drop was extracted. I gave it everything I had, and there was nothing left.

Federer also stated that he follows what is going on in tennis, which he admitted earlier this year. It’s difficult for him to look away because he’s curious in what’s going on and how the athletes are performing.

Now I’m just a big tennis fan like the rest of you. But what a journey…it’s been fantastic. Of course, I mourn those times, but a new chapter has begun, and the last year has been fantastic.

Now it’s less tennis for him and more tennis for the kids, but I’m hoping to play an exhibition match here in Shanghai and across the world soon so I can play in front of you all again.
