USC Football: Analysts Project Trojans’ Las Vegas Bowl opponent
Your USC Trojans football squad was regarded as one of the finest in the nation going into the 2023 campaign. After nearly making it to the College Football Playoff in 2022, they had a fantastic season, and many people were expecting them to advance.
But the truth was that the Trojans were a long way from accomplishing any of their objectives when they left the field after their last regular season game. With a 7-5 record at the end of the year, USC had lost five of their last six games.
All season long, their defense was a major weakness, but little was done about it until it was too late in the season. Caleb Williams, the quarterback who won the Heisman Trophy last season, appeared to regress as well, and the offensive line was a complete wreck.

All the Trojans can do now is reflect on what went wrong this season, and get ready for their bowl game. It will likely see them have players sitting out, so we may see an entirely different unit on the field in their next game.
Williams will be heading to the NFL next season, so it makes sense for him to skip the game to avoid any unnecessary injury. And other members of the team may follow suit.
This was the last year in the Pac-12, and USC ended it on a sour note. As they get ready to move to the Big-10, USC will need to build a more complete roster, otherwise, they will likely see more of the same from this year going forward.
