In a remarkable achievement, the Adelaide Crows have shattered their previous membership record, surpassing 75,000 members for the first time ever. On Wednesday, the AFL announced the official membership figures for 2024, revealing that the Crows’ total stands at an impressive 75,477, far exceeding last year’s record of 68,536.

This significant increase in membership can be attributed to the strong home crowd attendance, which has averaged over 41,000 per game. Additionally, the AFLW team has seen a surge in support, with membership figures surpassing 7,500 for the first time. This growth reflects a rising enthusiasm among fans for both the men’s and women’s teams.

Crows CEO Tim Silvers expressed his gratitude to the supporters, highlighting their unwavering commitment despite a challenging season. “Our members have shown incredible support this year, both at Adelaide Oval and during interstate games,” Silvers noted. He emphasized how crucial this backing has been, particularly in a season that did not meet all expectations.

Silvers also praised the expanding support for the AFLW team, which has made a strong start to the season with two significant victories. The upcoming home game against the Hawks at Unley is eagerly anticipated, and Silvers encouraged fans to come out and support the team.

Overall, the record-breaking membership underscores the deep passion of Crows supporters and their integral role in the club’s ongoing success. The Adelaide Crows look forward to continued growth and engagement from their ever-expanding fan base.
