Collingwood player Jack Ginnivan removes a shocking transfer request from his Instagram post.
The team he grew up supporting has extended an offer of a long contract to the premiership hero.
The small forward’s management have told Collingwood they want to explore options elsewhere, in a bombshell move just a day out from the end of the AFL trade period on Wednesday.

After a turbulent 12 months for Ginnivan, the Magpies will consider moving him on, despite the fact he has a year to run on his contract.
As the news emerged, Ginnivan posted a picture of himself in Collingwood’s headquarters captioned “locked in”. The photo was deleted within minutes.
