Igwebuike will be inactive for a second consecutive game after the team activated Anthony McFarland from Injured Reserve. With McFarland returning kicks and Calvin Austin fielding punts, Igwebuike remains on the sideline for Pittsburgh.

The Steelers have utilized Elijah Riley as their sub-package slot cornerback, and with Thompson being called up to replace Keanu Neal at safety, Rush will be inactive for another game.

Rudolph will dress as the team’s third quarterback but won’t be able to play unless Kenny Pickett and Mitch Trubisky are ruled out.
