A combination of player screening, craft workshops, football sessions, strength and fitness, and coach meetings will take place throughout the first week.

While today marks the first official day of preparation for the 2024 season, a number of players have been in the gym and out on St. Mary’s, the ground adjacent to GMHBA Stadium, at different times over the last few months, getting a head start on the upcoming season.

The club’s 4+ year players will return on November 27.
